You can transfer to another date or course twice at no cost. Subsequent transfers will incur a $50 administration fee.
No refund on cancellation unless written notification of withdrawal is received at least two working days prior to the course commencing. A $50 administration fee will apply to all cancellations.
If a course is cancelled by Complete Hospitality Training you will receive a full refund of all course fees paid.
